个人简介
2020年毕业于日本大阪大学,获工学博士学位,发表SCI论文24篇,其中第一/通讯作者论文11篇,总引用270余次;主持并参与多项国家自然基金和企业横向课题;2022年获第18届留日中国人“京都府知事赏”,2017年获国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目奖学金等;多次受邀参加全球电子与电气工程峰会(GSEEE),国际焊接学会年会(IIW),电子封装技术国际会议(ICEPT)等国际知名会议并做口头发表。
